Fitness Center

Desert Shadows RV Resort is an Active over 55 Seasonal Resort. Health, Vitality, and Fitness is a big part of our community, and our well-equipped “Fitness Center” is a popular amenity of the park.

The air-conditioned fitness Center is open each day from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm and is located at the Our Gang Clubhouse adjacent to the Woodshop.

Looking to rehab, get in shape, or train we have multiple of options including stationary bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, stretching mats, free weights or many of our popular weight machines. We constantly strive to keep this equipment well-maintained to meet everyone’s needs.

If unsure or want an orientation on specific equipment, we also have a group of volunteers that can help you get started on your fitness goals.

Regardless if you’re a lot owner, seasonal snowbird, renter, or guest in the park please feel free to stop by and “USE” our “Fitness Center”…
