DSRV entry gate was converted to a state of the art RFID system which allows owners to access the Resort via a RFID sticker placed on the windshield of their vehicle. Some tips to help:

VERY IMPORTANT THAT WHEN YOU TELL YOUR VISITOR  TO USE YOUR SITE NUMBER TO ADD A 0 (ZERO) AT THE END.... FOR EXAMPLE 473 IS NOW 4730

FIND OWNER BY NAME

Phone Call (Green Button)

1.Guest touches "Find a Name"

2.Guest touch "Search"

3.Guest types in name

4.Guest touches owner’s name

5.Owner answers call and touches 9 to allow guest access.

FIND OWNER BY SITE

1.Guest types in site # (REMEMBER TO ADD 0 AT END. )

2.Guest touch Call

3.Owner answers call and touches 9 on their phone to allow guest access.

NEW OWNERS, REPLACEMENT

Decals: New owners can purchase an RFID sticker or replacement stickers can be purchased. The cost is $50.00. The replaced RFID sticker will be deactivated.

FOBS: New owners can purchase a FOB and replacement FOBs can be purchased for $35. FOB are required to the Duvall Drive pedestrian gate and at the Ramon Road gate if you are not in your vehicle.
